The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from July 21 to July 25 amounted to 234 million, 841 thousand and 770 riyals, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period amounted to 12 million and 390 thousand.
The weekly bulletin issued by the administration stated that the list of properties traded for sale included vacant lands, residences, a residential building, and residential units.
Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Wakra, Al Rayyan, Al Shamal, Al Dhaayen, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, Umm Salal, and in the areas of Pearl Island, Al Kharaij, Umm Obairiya, Legtaifiya, and Lusail 69.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice reached 236 million, 365 thousand, and 454 riyals, during the period from July 14 to 18, 2024.
