Special requirements for organizing consumer exhibitions
That the applicant (the company or the individual institution) must be restricted in the commercial registry and commercial licenses actively (organizing the residence of exhibitions) according to the activity licensed by his practice.
The application for the holding of the consumer exhibition is applied within a period not exceeding (3 months) and not less than (10 days) from the date of the exhibition.
The duration of the consumer exhibition does not exceed (7 days) per license.
The consumer exhibition should not be marketed only after taking the initial approval from the relevant authorities, and the exhibition is not opened only after obtaining all the required final approvals.
When granting initial approval to the consumer exhibition, taking into account not to conflict with the establishment of another consumer exhibition or other activities at the same time and at the same activity or event within the same site.
That the consumer exhibition should have an introductory plate that shows the trade name of the licensee (the company or the individual institution), according to it is written in the commercial registry in line with the conditions and controls in force.

Any request is rejected to extend the exhibition’s stay held on the same site
The residence of any exhibition will not be approved in the tents at least two weeks before the date of the end of the last exhibition held on the same site.

The end of the duration of the consumer exhibition
The organizer is obligated to provide a report within a month of the end of the exhibition, and the report includes the following points:
The actual total area of the exhibition and the areas that were rented, with the total number of exhibitors/participants and the total number of visitors .. a list of types of products/goods and services that were displayed and sold in the exhibition, with the statement of the total revenues of the exhibition.
