The Islamic International honored a group of employees who spent 25 years of work, during a ceremony held for the occasion at the bank’s headquarters in the presence of Dr. Abdel Basset Ahmed Al Shaibi, CEO.
And Dr. Al -Shaibi, honored employees, certificates of appreciation, in the presence of Mr. Gamal Abdullah Al -Jamal, Executive Vice President and Mr. Ali Hamad Al -Masifri, Head of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Sector.
This honor comes within the framework of the bank’s appreciation for the efforts of the employees who contributed over a quarter of a century to consolidate its career and achieve its accomplishments, as they formed basic pillars in the bank’s renaissance and continuous development.
The honored employees are: Muhammad Qasim Muhammad, Hassan Saleh Amoudi, Mahmoud Abdel -Baqi Al -Muqti, Ali Abdullah Sa`i, Ziyad Yusef Abu Diyeh and Ibrahim Abdel -Rahman Souad.
And Dr. Al -Shaibi about his deep appreciation to the honored employees and went to them, saying: “We in the Islamic international believe that human resources are the basis on which successful institutions are built, and that honoring our colleagues who spent many years of continuous giving is the least that we can offer them as an expression of our deep gratitude for their loyalty, sincerity, and their pioneering role in supporting the bank’s development and achieving its vision.”
He added: “The honorable people accompanied the various stages of the bank’s development, and they were part of each qualitative leap that we did, as they left a clear imprint in the performance of the departments in which they worked, and contributed to their accumulated experience in training and supporting new generations of employees, and we trust that those we honor today will continue with their colleagues to perform their duties with sincerity and dedication, and work with the spirit of one team for the benefit of everyone.”

He continued: «The institutional estimate of employees is not just a protocol procedure, but rather a culture that is rooted in the environment of our work, through which we enhance the fundamental values that we believe in, such as loyalty, continuity, and professionalism, which are elements that constitute the basis in our endeavor to provide distinguished services and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
The CEO concluded his speech by saying: On this occasion, we renew our commitment to providing the best work environment for our employees, and attracting distinguished competencies, especially from the sons and daughters of Qatar, in line with the state’s vision and directives, and we will continue to work to build high -level banking cadres capable of keeping pace with transformations in the financial sector locally and internationally.
In turn, Mr. Ali Hamad Al -Masifri, Head of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Sector, said: “This honor represents a tangible evidence of our commitment to the Islamic international to managing human resources according to the highest standards.
Al -Masifri added: “Our strategy in human resources is based on enabling competencies and providing continuous professional development opportunities, in a way that enhances both individual and collective performance, and contributes to achieving goals. Therefore, we attach to the utmost importance of motivation and appreciation programs. ”
At the end of the ceremony, the honored employees expressed their deep thanks and appreciation for the bank’s management for this generous gesture, stressing that it means a lot to them at the professional and human level, and reflects the bank’s appreciation for their efforts during many years of work, noting that they were and will remain part of the Islamic International family, and they will continue to work in the spirit Pioneer.
