The Qatar Aviation Academy recently participated in the regional training symposium for the Asia Pacific Region (2025 IRTS), which is held under the title “Enhancing cooperation in training – building human capital for sustainable development in civil aviation” at the Centcique Conference and Exhibition Center in Singapore, as part of its keenness to enhance international cooperation in the field of civil aviation.
This participation comes within the vision of the strategic academy to expand its presence in the international and international arena, and to discuss partnership opportunities and exchange experiences and knowledge with the leading institutions in the field of aviation education and training, as it aims to see the latest technologies in the aviation industry in a way that supports the quality and development of programs and specializations provided by the academy to its students.
The delegation, represented by the academy, participated in a number of discussion sessions and dialogues that reviewed the developments of training, the challenges of the civil aviation sector and future trends in preparing qualified cadres to address such challenges facing the aviation industry.
The Academy also participated in the exhibition accompanying the symposium, as it made a comprehensive presentation of its most prominent academic and training programs, as well as its initiatives in developing human competencies and employing modern technologies in the fields of education and training. The Academy’s pavilion has received wide attention from visitors and participants from various parties concerned with the aviation sector.
The Academy also confirmed that its participation in the symposium (2025 IRTS) reflects its commitment to enhance its role as a leading regional center in training in aviation, which contributes to supporting the efforts of the State of Qatar towards building a sustainable and integrated air transport system.
