The Investment and Trade Court received a judicial delegation from the Sultanate of Oman, within the framework of strengthening institutional communication channels and the exchange of judicial experiences, reflecting the judiciary’s keenness to develop the justice system and establish an effective and attractive judicial environment for investment. The delegation was received by His Excellency Judge Khalid bin Ali Al -Obaidli, President of the Investment and Trade Court, and a number of Judges in the court, where his happiness affirmed that the next stage will witness a qualitative shift in the judicial work in a way that serves the investment environment and enhances confidence in the national economy.
The Omani delegation was headed by Judge Dr. Ali bin Hamad bin Salem Al -Hashemi, and the delegation included Judge Hareb bin Jumaa bin Hareb Al -Sarami, and Judge Abdul -Malik bin Ibrahim bin Sulaiman Al -Balushi, where the visit comes on the occasion of the activation of the Investment and Trade Court Law in the Sultanate of Oman.
During the visit, the delegation listened to a detailed explanation of the competencies of the Investment and Trade Court and its work mechanisms, and he also made an introductory tour of its various facilities and sections, as Judge Dr. Ali Al -Hashemi expressed his appreciation for the readiness he witnessed, appreciating the development of the judicial work environment.
