The Al Asmakh Real Estate Projects Company report said: Lusail City continues to consolidate its presence as one of the most prominent urban development destinations in the country, with the pace of work on its projects continuing during the current year, in light of appropriate price levels for sale, which has contributed to a noticeable increase in the volume of inquiries from investors, whether from inside or outside Qatar, regarding owning residential units.
The report indicated that the increasing demand for the city is driven by the integration of its infrastructure and the availability of modern services, in addition to the various commercial and entertainment facilities and hospitality destinations it hosts, as well as its connection to an advanced transportation network that includes highways and the Lusail tram connected to the Doha Metro, which enhances ease of transportation and contributes to increasing its investment attractiveness.
He explained that the Lusail City project is moving forward at a rapid pace, as it is one of the basic pillars of the urban development process in Qatar, pointing to the role played by Qatari Diar in supporting investors by providing a package of facilities and incentives that enhance the investment environment within the city.
The report added: Lusail is considered an integrated model of modern cities, as it includes quality facilities, including one of the largest shopping centers in the country within the Entertainment City, in addition to vital projects such as Darb Lusail Street, as well as parks and entertainment and commercial places, which together contribute to attracting more investments.
He explained that the design of the city’s infrastructure depends on an advanced network of tunnels under the main roads, which allows maintenance work to be carried out in the future without affecting traffic or disrupting daily life, stressing that this approach enhances the efficiency of operation and the sustainability of services.
The report pointed out that the city is equipped with an integrated network for transporting gas through pipelines, in addition to an electricity system that relies on main and substations that were implemented underground, in line with the latest international standards in urban planning.
In the same context, he pointed out that Lusail City relies on an advanced central cooling system that cools water and distributes it through an underground pipe network, ensuring high efficiency in air conditioning residential, commercial and recreational buildings, as the service provider is responsible for operating and maintaining this system.
The report confirmed that the real estate market in Qatar is witnessing continuous activity during the current period, with a noticeable trend towards luxury real estate, supported by positive demand indicators from investors and individuals alike.
