Pensana Company, listed on the London Stock Exchange, announced the joining of Dr. Badr bin Dalham Al Fuhaid Al Hajri to the Board of Directors of Cascade Natural Resources Limited, which is supported by Qatar, confirming his support for the strategic investment that Cascade intends to pump into Pensana at a value of 165 million US dollars, which was announced last March.
On this occasion, Dr. Badr Al-Hajri said that his joining the Board of Directors comes to contribute to implementing the company’s vision, stressing that the investment in Pensana and the Longongo project reflects a commitment to strengthening the supply chains of vital minerals and developing sustainable mining and processing, in a way that supports future technologies and advanced industries, expressing his aspiration to work on consolidating Cascade’s position as a leading company in the rare earth elements sector.
