The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice during the period from October 11 to 15 reached 381 million, 785 thousand and 585 riyals, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period amounted to 119 million, 076 thousand and 038 riyals, bringing the total volume of real estate trading during the week to 500.861 million riyals.
The weekly bulletin issued by the administration stated that the list of properties traded for sale included vacant lands, residences, residential buildings, an administrative building, hotel apartments, commercial stores, offices, and residential units.
The sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Al-Rayyan, Doha, Al-Wakrah, Al-Daayen, Umm Salal, Al-Khor, Al-Thakhira and Al-Shamal, and in the areas of Rawdat Al-Khail, Lusail 69, the Pearl Island, Al-Wukair, Al-Kharaij, Al-Gharrafa, Al-Sakhama and Al-Mashaf.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department exceeded 499 million riyals during the period from October 4 to October 8 of this year.
