Tamer Company announced the signing of an acquisition agreement with Qatifan Projects, the developer of the Northern Qatifan Island, to develop a series of distinguished real estate projects, which enhances its presence in the luxury real estate sector in Qatar. The agreement was officially signed in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Nasser bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, Chairman and Managing Director of Qatifan Projects Company, and Mr. Muhammad Hussein Al -Ali, Chairman of the Board of Reconstruction.
In the context of this cooperation, the construction of seven distinct plots of land, overlooking the sea and interior, has acquired on the northern island of Qatifan, where luxurious residential projects and hotel apartments are served with international brands, in addition to high -end hotel and residential projects that redefine the concept of luxury life in Qatar.
After the signing of the agreement, Tamer revealed its first projects on the Northern Qatifan Island, which is the “Carlton House” project, the luxurious residential project overlooking the western waterfront of the island, designed to be a new reference for living with direct views of the sea in Qatar.
His Excellency Sheikh Nasser bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, Chairman and Managing Director of Qatifan Projects Company, said, “The signing of today’s agreement represents an important step in achieving our vision to develop projects that combine luxury and innovation, which contributes to consolidating the position of the Northern Qatifan Island as a tourist and recreational destination that reflects excellence in all its details.” He added his happiness.
