The Ministry of Communications received a delegation from the General Transport Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, within the framework of enhancing joint cooperation between the two sides in the fields of transportation and transportation.
The Ministry stated through its official website that the visit included a meeting with the directors of the Land Transport Affairs sector, during which they reviewed the latest developments and leading projects in the field of transportation that the ministry is working on.
The Saudi delegation also visited the Doha Metro stations, Tarm Lusail and Tarm Al -Madinah Educational, during which they were briefed on the progress of operations there.
The Ministry of Communications recently received a number of Gulf delegations in the context of enhancing joint cooperation and reviewing the latest projects implemented by the Ministry in the transport and transportation sector and the infrastructure associated with it, and discussing ways to enhance and develop them.
Last week, His Excellency the Minister of Communications, accompanied by His Excellency the Bahraini Minister of Communications and Communications, conducted a tour of the Doha Metro project, during which they briefed the operational operations in the stations, and listened to an explanation from the officials of the Qatar Railways Company (Rail) on the technical capabilities and operating mechanism of the metro network.
His Excellency the Minister of Communications and His Excellency the Bahraini Minister of Communications and Communications also visited the port of Hamad, and they toured the visitors of the Port of Hamad Port, and listened to a presentation by the officials of Qatar Ports Company on the progress of operational business in multiple port facilities and stations, the commercial port strategy and expansion, and the extent of its contribution to supporting the growth of the national economy.
