The volume of real estate trading in the sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from 23 to 27 March last, reached 184 million and 372 thousand and 228 riyals.
The weekly bulletin issued by the administration stated that the list of real estate traded by selling included space lands, housing, residential architecture, commercial stores and residential units.
The total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for housing units during the same period amounted to 37 million and 521 thousand and 237 riyals.
The sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Al -Rayyan, Doha, Al -Zawayn, Al -Wakra, Al -Akour, Al -Munakh, Umm Salal, North, and in the areas of the Pearl Island, Gaar Thalab, Dafna 60, Umm Al -Amad, Luzil 69, and Qatifiya.
