Qatar Tourism: The calendar of local and international events in May

During the month of May, Qatar will host a series of various events that cover the fields of arts, culture, entertainment, sports and business. Among the international exhibitions, concerts to international forums and family festivals, Qatar’s calendar is a vital season for both residents and visitors.

Several exhibitions are currently being held in Qatari museums, to display a wide range of artistic media and photography.
Where it continues in the Arab Museum of Modern Art, the exhibition “You are from my soul close” until August 9, reviewing the Sheikh Abdullah bin Ali Al Thani collection, which includes artworks since the late 1960s. Concerts
Qatar offers a variety of concerts during May, which meets various tastes, the most prominent of which is the upcoming Michael Peplet concert, which will be held throughout the two nights of May 23 and 24, and Qatar will host the international rap star Travis Scott at his concert in the “Sirkos Maximus” tour at Ahmed Ben Ali Stadium on May 16. Forums and conferences
May witnesses the organization of the fifth edition of the Qatar Economic Forum, from 20 to 22 May 2025, under the slogan “Road to 2030: reshaping the global economy”, and unites the leaders of states, senior government officials, international executives and investors to enhance global ties and high -level discussions. In addition, the thirty -fourth edition of the Doha International Book Fair, the oldest book fair in the region, opens its chapters at the Doha Exhibition and Conference Center during the period from May 8 to 17, extinguishing visitors from different parts of the Gulf, the Arab region and the world.
On May 21, the summit of “innovation across design” returns with widespread anticipation in Musheerb the heart of Doha, to continue to explore how the design affects the business world and society.
