His Excellency Judge Khaled bin Ali Al -Obaidli, President of the Investment and Trade Court, met with a delegation from the Hong Kong Law Association, headed by His Excellency Mr. Roden Tong, President of the Association.
The meeting dealt with ways to enhance legal cooperation, as a set of topics related to the development of the legal system and the challenges faced by the commercial and investment judiciary faced.
The delegation toured the corridors of the court, where he was briefed on its modern facilities and the procedures followed, and listened to a detailed presentation on the roles and tasks undertaken by the Investment and Trade Court in promoting commercial justice.
The delegation expressed its admiration for the court’s infrastructure and its advanced electronic system, which confirms the commitment of the State of Qatar to enhance its legal structure to ensure the strengthening of the investment and commercial environment.
