Musanada Facility Management Services (a Qatari public shareholding company) announced the award of a new 5-year contract to a joint alliance that includes the company, to provide integrated management services for the facilities of the Qatar Energy Company’s headquarters complex in the West Bay region.
The company said, in a statement published today on the Qatar Stock Exchange website, that the headquarters complex of Qatar Energy Company is located on an area of more than 700,000 square metres, and includes ten towers ranging in height from 14 to 47 floors within the central business district in the West Bay region, and represents the main operational headquarters of the largest energy sector companies in the State of Qatar, which is considered one of the largest institutional complexes in the country.
According to the statement, the contract reflects Musanada’s operational capabilities and experience in providing facility management services to major institutional entities in the State of Qatar. The award contributes to strengthening the company’s existing relationship with Qatar Energy Company and expanding its presence in the energy sector in the State of Qatar.
The company confirmed that the award is an addition to its portfolio of long-term contracts with recurring revenues, and enhances the company’s capabilities in providing integrated facilities management services to major institutional entities, in line with its record of supporting major facilities and events in the country.
