The Ministry of Trade and Industry issued Administrative Decision No. (29/2025) to close requests for services (requests for delivery), an administrative closure for a week, due to its violation of the provisions of Articles (7) and (11) of Law No. (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection and executive regulations.
This decision comes as a result of the repetition of violations and the large number of complaints installed against the company, for their display or description of goods with false or misleading data, which led to the deception and illusion of consumers, and to obtain their money without right, in addition to not guaranteeing service, in a way that violates consumer rights and a clear violation of the laws and regulations in force in the state.
The ministry stressed that this measure falls within its continuous efforts to enhance the control of the markets and ensure the commitment of those supplied to laws and regulations, stressing that it will not tolerate any violations that would harm consumer rights or negatively affect the business environment in the country.
