Visit QATAR announced the launch of the “Scope on the Sea”, as part of the busy calendar of Qatar, a summer event held daily on the North Western Gulf beach from June 18 to August 13, 2025.
The event is based on a concept inspired by the world of ice cream, to offer a variety of activities suitable for all family members, including interactive competitions and live and entertainment shows.
The event includes a busy program, as the Water Festival includes sailboats and panel rides, and the rowing fashion festival. The event also includes unique activities such as Foam Family Party, and the virtual reality experience to simulate Formula 1 cars, where visitors can enter a driving cock that simulates Formula 1 races with virtual reality technology.
As for the Environmental Sports Competition, it allows the participants to compete for fixed bicycles designed to convert kinetic energy into useable energy. The air show also includes a series of smoke and flags shows.
Daily entertainment programs include carnival games, a air jumping garden, photography corner, and open sports sessions. As for interactive activities, they include pedestrian shows on long sticks, children’s shows, silent acting shows, musical performances, family challenge path, sand castles construction competitions, trips to Savlia Island, and motor exercise competitions using body weight, in addition to volleyball and basketball championships.
Visitors will also have a variety of food and drink options throughout the effectiveness period.
The event takes place from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm during the days of the week, and from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm during the weekends (Friday and Saturday). The entry fee is 35 Qatari riyals for adults on the week, and 50 Qatari riyals on weekends, with free entry for children under the age of 12 and the elderly over 60 years. Tickets can also be purchased through the event site.
