This step falls within the framework of the distinctive main plan for the development of the coast in the Smissima project, which is 40 km north of Doha.
Within the framework of this partnership, an area of about 790 thousand square meters will be developed within the Smissima project, which has an area of 8 million square meters. This project will include the establishment of the Trump International Golf Stadium consisting of 18 hole and has international specifications, as well as Trump’s golf club, and a number of luxury villas that carry the Trump brand, and enjoy a stunning view of the golf and beach stadium with direct access to the beach and the neighboring lifestyle destinations.
The largest main development plan for the Smissima project – which is led by the Qatar Diar Company – is scheduled to make a radical shift in the eastern coast of Qatar, where it will include a huge games city (legend land) that extends over an area of 650,000 square meters, and areas dedicated to tourism and hospitality, in addition to a yacht marina, a beach club, as well as a variety and a variety of cultural activities Retail stores and restaurants.
