Ahmed Ali, the manager of Muaither team, confirmed the readiness of Kahilan team for the start of the Second Division League competitions for the new season 2024-2025, scheduled to start next Thursday. Ahmed Ali said in statements to “Al Arab”: Muaither is 100% ready for the start of the Second Division League, and we are looking to achieve positive results to return to the big league again, especially after the new contracts that Muaither succeeded in adding at the level of professional players and citizens, in addition to contracting with the distinguished national coach Nabil Anwar, who has great and very high qualifications, and we are confident in his ability to put Muaither on the right path and return to the Stars League.
“We have succeeded in contracting four professional players, namely English player Nile, who came from Al-Shahaniya Club, in addition to Ivorian Anicet Alain Ora, Argentine Mariano Vazquez, and Serbian defender Milan Obradovic, while the three professionals from last season, namely Fouad Saleh, Nassim Ben Issa, and striker Mbenza, will remain and continue. They are very distinguished professionals and we hope that they will add value to the team. We have also contracted with many distinguished local players who have a lot of experience to add value to Muaither,” he added.
Ahmed Ali pointed out that the external camp that the team held in Bosnia and Herzegovina was successful by all standards, after the technical staff reviewed all technical aspects. We are also satisfied with our level in the friendly matches, the last of which was the victory over Al-Markhiya by three goals to one.
“We are looking forward to a strong start in the second division league, as we will meet Al-Bidaa team next Friday. It is not an easy match, especially since Al-Bidaa team is one of the developing teams, but we will play to collect the first 3 points in the league. I also confirm that the second division league in the new season will be very competitive and all teams have the motivation to play to qualify for the Stars League, and this will make Muaither play with a high fighting spirit in all matches to achieve our goal, God willing,” Ahmed Ali concluded.
