Al -Arabi faces Kuwait in the final of the 41st Gulf Championships Clubs Champions for Handball Champions Tomorrow

Al -Arabi Al -Qatari will meet Kuwait, Kuwait, tomorrow, Monday, in the final of the forty -first Gulf Championship for clubs for handball champions currently held in the Omani capital, Muscat.

Al -Arabi is looking to win the Gulf title for the first time in its history, while Kuwait seeks to win it for the second time after the 2023 version.

Al -Arabi qualified for the final match after the second group was issued in the group stage of three victories over Kuwaiti Kuwait (34 – 33), Oman Oman (30-20), and Dibba Al -Hosn, the Emirati Al -Hus. The final defeated the Saudi light with a score of (28-27).

On the other hand, Kuwait came second in the second group in the group stage by achieving two wins against Dibba Al -Hosn, with a score of 34-22, and Oman Oman (32-26), in exchange for a loss against Al -Arabi (33-34), and in the semi -finals, Kuwait defeated Kuwait On the Qatari Rayyan (the title holder) with a score of (28-27).

The final match will be preceded by the third and fourth place between Al -Rayyan and Al -Nour.

Al -Rayyan was crowned the title of the last edition of the tournament, which was held last March in Doha, after defeating the final match of Kuwait (33-32).

It is noteworthy that the Qatari clubs have 8 titles in the Gulf Championship for Clubs Handball Champions, where the dam was crowned three times in 2004, 2014 and 2015, and Ryan three times also in 2012, 2016 and 2024, Al -Ahly once in 2000, and the Gharafa once also in 2017 .
