Al -Miqdad is one of the prominent experts in the field of hospitality, as it has extensive experience in managing food and beverages, strategic planning, and team leadership. Before joining Hilton Doha, the Pearl, he held high leadership positions within the Hilton Group in the Middle East and Europe, including the position of director of food and beverages in Hilton Doha and the resort and villas of Hilton Salwa Beach, where he succeeded in leading high -performance teams and achieving remarkable commercial growth.
Over the course of his career, Al -Miqdad has achieved many prominent achievements, including winning the Excellence Award from Hilton with the Al Rayyan Doha Hotel, Corio Collection Bay Hilton in 2018. He also led the renovation, reopening and re -positioning of a restaurant and bar “Hudson Yardz Long” at the Hilton Frankfurt City Center.
