Al -Shaqab, a member of the Qatar Foundation, announced the organization of the third edition of the Al Shaqab International Horse Championship, with the support of the support fund, during the period from 5 to 8 November 2025. The tournament will be held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, Chairman of the Qatar Olympic Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al -Shaqab, to form a prominent station on the agenda of Arab horse beauty championships in Qatar and the region.
The championship will combine the atmosphere of luxury and the splendor of the authentic Arab horses, within the covered and open fields of Al -Shaqab, to embody the message of Al -Shaqab in supporting the development and care of the authentic Arab horse dynasty locally and globally, while highlighting its cultural values rooted in the Qatari society.
The tournament this year has a special importance, as it is internationally accredited and classified within the category (B), and is held under the supervision of the European Conference on Arab Horse Organizations (IChao), giving the participants the opportunity to qualify for international championships with higher classifications. The previous copies have confirmed the status of the prestigious championship by attracting distinctive owners and horses from inside and outside Qatar, in addition to the great public interest that reflects the passion of the Qatari society in the equestrian sport.
Al -Shaqab also announced the opening of registration to participate in the championship during the period from 14 to 25 September 2025, calling on horse owners from different countries of the world to join this distinguished sporting and cultural event, which has become a prominent sign of international championships.
