The World Animal Health Organization announced today, Monday, that the United States reported reports of the first outbreak of the H5N 9 Broke Dynamic Poultry at California’s duck farm.
A report submitted by the US authorities to the Paris organization, which has discovered the most common H5N1 dynasty on the same farm in Mercyid Province in California.
The authorities added that nearly 119,000 birds were executed on the farm by December 2.
Bird flu has spread around the world over the past years, which has executed hundreds of millions of poultry, and has moved to dozens of types of mammals, including cows in the United States, and claimed the life of a person in Louisiana.
The strain that caused most of the damage during the past years was (H5N1), while (H5N 9) is more rare.
“This is the first confirmed case of the H5 N9 influenza virus in the United States,” the US Department of Agriculture said in the report submitted to the organization.
