Yesterday, the organizing committee of the 42nd Gulf Handball Cup Winners Club Championship announced the schedule of matches for the tournament hosted by Bahrain during the period from 21 to 30 November, with the participation of eight clubs, including Al Arabi and Al Rayyan, representing Qatari handball. Al Arabi, the holder of the last edition’s title, will begin its campaign in the tournament against Sharjah, UAE, on Sunday, November 22, in the first group competitions. On the other hand, Al Rayyan will compete in the second group competitions, where it will open its campaign. Al-Kuwait will face Al-Kuwait on Saturday, November 21, in the opening match of the tournament. The first round competitions will be held, with the first and second-place finishers from each group qualifying for the semi-finals, while the competitions continue until November 30 to determine the champion of the 42nd edition of the tournament.
