Washington, July 24 (QNA) – Apple announced that it will soon develop its first version of foldable iPhones, and launch them in 2026, with these phones featuring a clamshell design.
She pointed out that these phones will come with dimensions similar to the current iPhones, i.e. the same length and width, while the thickness of the foldable iPhone will differ.
Samsung Display will also be the main supplier of the screen for the first foldable iPhone, as Apple had previously signed an agreement with Samsung to produce this category of screens.
It is worth noting that many giant companies in the technology and smartphone market are competing on foldable phone designs recently, as the South Korean company Samsung recently launched the Galaxy Z Flip6 phone with a clamshell design as well.
