Tech giant Apple has announced its support for the upcoming iPhone 16 series with an upgrade in charging speed and also in the MagSafe system.
The iPhone 16 includes a 3561 mAh battery, a 6% upgrade compared to the iPhone 15, while the iPhone 16 Plus includes a 4006 mAh battery, an 8.6% lower battery capacity compared to the iPhone 15 Plus. The iPhone 16 Pro includes a 3355 mAh battery, a 2.47% upgrade compared to the previous version, and the iPhone 16 Pro Max will get a 5.58% upgrade in battery capacity, which comes with a capacity of 4676 mAh.
A report published by “ITHome” explains Apple’s plans to upgrade the charging speed in the upcoming “iPhone 16” series from 27W to 40W, which is 48.1%.
This upgrade in charging speed could allow Apple to keep up with the Chinese giants’ smartphone releases, so iPhones could record faster charging performance from zero to 100% in minutes.
