Civil Aviation reviews developments in air navigation system

The General Civil Aviation Authority presented a visual presentation of the most prominent developments witnessed by the aviation system in the State of Qatar and the most important achievements that have been made during the past period, during its participation in the 14th Air Navigation Conference held in the Canadian city of Montreal.
During the presentation, the Authority reviewed the most prominent developments witnessed by the aviation system and the most important achievements that have been made, in addition to the services and procedures provided by the Authority in managing air traffic, in addition to reviewing the latest advanced navigation devices and technological systems used in the field of air navigation in the State of Qatar.
In another context, Mr. Mohammed bin Faleh Al-Hajri, Acting Director of the General Authority of Civil Aviation, met with Ambassador Annick Goulet, Permanent Representative of Canada to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), during the Authority’s participation in the 14th Air Navigation Conference currently being held in the Canadian city of Montreal. During the meeting, ways to enhance cooperation were discussed, and a number of topics of common interest were discussed.
