Elegansia Facilities Management Company, a subsidiary of Investment Holding Company Q.P.S.C., announced that it has won a package of prestigious and high-value contracts with a number of the most prominent institutions in the State of Qatar, in a step that strengthens its position as a reliable partner in the facilities management sector at the state and regional levels.
Among the new projects, the company obtained a major contract to provide integrated technical services that include comprehensive operation and maintenance of the headquarters towers and Qatar Energy facilities in the West Bay area of Doha. This contract reflects the great confidence in Elegansia’s technical capabilities to manage vital infrastructure according to the highest standards of performance and reliability.
The company also won a facilities management contract for the facilities of Qatar University – one of the most prestigious academic institutions in the region – which covers a campus extending over an area of approximately 8 million square metres. This contract places Elegansia in the position of responsibility for an integrated environment that serves tens of thousands of students and faculty and administrative members, which requires the highest levels of excellence in service provision. Elegansia’s educational portfolio expands to include 88 schools that together cover a total area of more than one million square metres, bringing the total educational spaces within its portfolio to more than 9 million square metres.

In an additional achievement, Elegansia obtained a contract to manage the facilities of a major media network in Qatar with a wide international presence, which confirms the company’s ability to support vital operations that require high levels of reliability, security, and uninterrupted service continuity.
Complementing this portfolio, the company won the integrated facilities management contract for Lusail Promenade – one of the most prominent public destinations in the State of Qatar. The promenade extends over a 4.2-kilometre-long waterfront, and includes wide pedestrian paths, landscaped green areas, shaded walkways, and five covered rest areas, the first of their kind in the Gulf region. The project also includes water, light, and musical fountains, food and beverage outlets, and an electric car transportation service linking the most prominent landmarks of Lusail City, making it an attractive destination for residents and visitors from various parts of the region.
