Bayern Munich will host Bayer Leverkusen, the defending champion, at the Allianz Arena tomorrow in the fifth round of the German Football League.

Bayern Munich is seeking to maintain its top spot in the championship standings, as it occupies first place with 12 points, while Bayer Leverkusen occupies second place with 9 points.

The leaders hope to continue their progress without loss, as they have achieved full marks in the rounds they have played in the tournament so far, after defeating Wolfsburg, Freiburg, Holstein Kiel, and Werder Bremen in the first four rounds, while Bayer Leverkusen contented itself with three victories against Borussia Mönchengladbach. Hoffenheim and Wolfsburg, on the other hand, lost in one match, which was against Leipzig, and are seeking to make up for it by beating Bayern Munich to maintain their hopes of retaining the title.

As part of the fifth round competitions, Borussia Mönchengladbach will meet tomorrow with Union Berlin, Wolfsburg will play against Stuttgart, Freiburg will play against St. Pauli, Mainz 05 will play against Heidenheim, and Leipzig will play against Augsburg.
