An American study revealed that high blood pressure in children foreshadows the possibility of heart disease in later stages of life.

The study published by the scientific journal “Journal of American Medical Association” confirmed that children who complain of high blood pressure at the age of seven have the risk of death due to heart disease in the mid -fifties.

The study included about 38,000 children who were born between 1959 and 1966 and suffered a disease of high blood pressure while they were seven of their ages, and their health condition was pursued over decades.

Upon the study participants reached the age of 54, about 500 of them died due to health problems related to heart disease.

The head of the study team from the Faculty of Medicine of North Western Finnberg says that these results are closely related between childhood hypertension and premature death possibilities due to heart disease.

In statements conveyed by the website “Health Day”, which specializes in medical research, she added that “high blood pressure in children increases the possibility of death by between 40% and 50% during 5 decades of individual life.”

The study also indicated that children with blood pressure rises, but it remains on the natural limits, they will likely die at an early age due to heart problems.

The researchers believe that these results emphasize the importance of monitoring blood pressure at an early age, not just for adults.
