The General Assembly of Al Duhail Club elected His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani as President of Al Duhail Club, and Mr. Khalifa Khamis Al Sulaiti as Vice President by acclamation, for the upcoming electoral cycle 2024-2028.
This came during the General Assembly meeting, which was held today at the club’s headquarters, after the legal quorum was completed, in the presence of the founding members, working members and representatives of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, where the victory of His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani as President of Al Duhail Club was approved by acclamation for a new term.
The members of the General Assembly of Al Duhail Club expressed their hope that the club would maintain the good position it has reached, with the first football team topping the Qatari League “Ooredoo Stars League” this season /2024-2025/ with (9) points, by defeating, in the first round, Qatar Club with a score of (6-1), and Al Rayyan with four clean goals in the second round, then defeating Umm Salal with a goal without a response, at the conclusion of the third round of the competition.
