In conjunction with the Formula 1 race, Premier Paddle hosts sports legends

Premier Paddle, the leading official tour for padel professionals, hosted the latest edition of the Premier Paddle Legends Championship, which brought together the most prominent sports names in the world to practice padel in famous international destinations.
At the invitation of Premier Paddle and Paris Saint-Germain President Nasser Ghanem Al-Khelaifi, this year’s November tournament matches were held at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Lusail, in conjunction with the 2024 Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix.
The tournament hosted a number of prominent stars such as Novak Djokovic and Formula 1 drivers Max Verstappen, Lando Norris, George Russell and Oscar Piastri. Along with Tony Parker, basketball player from the San Antonio Spurs; And Marco Materazzi, Italian footballer. The event brought together a group of sports celebrities from around the world, high-level business leaders and local professional padel players, to practice the fastest growing sport in the world and showcase their skills on the field.
The Premier Paddle Sports Legends Championship was launched in 2022, and will be held around the world with the participation of the most prominent sports figures to compete in the game of padel. More exciting sporting events are scheduled to be launched starting in 2025.
This exceptional event represents the latest innovative tournament in the Premier Paddle Tour, following a unique match held aboard the huge aircraft carrier Giuseppe Garibaldi docked in the Italian port of Genoa, and the historic match held in the Grand Egyptian Museum near the Pyramids of Giza. These events contribute to strengthening the tour’s role in expanding the presence of padel globally, and continuing to work on including this sport in the Olympic Games.

And Moataz Barshim: a Qatari athlete who holds the Olympic high jump gold medal and is a three-time world champion.

• Joselo Matto: Spanish footballer who plays for the Qatari club Al-Gharafa
• Adline Guedioura: Algerian football player in midfield.
• Youri Djorkaeff: French footballer, winner of the World Cup in 1998.
• Hussein Kharja: A retired Moroccan football player, who previously played for Inter Milan.
• Yassin Ibrahimi: Algerian football player who plays for the Qatari club Al-Gharafa
• Karim Alami: retired Moroccan tennis player.
• Nasser Ghanem Al-Khelaifi: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Premier Paddle and President of Paris Saint-Germain.
