Mowasalat “Karwa” announced the launch of its new permanent service office in Doha Festival City Mall, as part of the company’s commitment to providing distinguished services to the public. The inauguration of the new office, which is located in front of Gate 2 opposite the Qatar International Islamic Bank and Masraf Al Rayan branches, aims to enhance direct communication with the public and provide comprehensive information about “Karwa” services.
The services provided by the office include all the services of Mowasalat Company, including the service of booking Karwa taxis, buses, and limousines, in addition to selling public transport cards for buses to Karwa Academy.
The services also include answering the public’s inquiries about how to benefit from the company’s services, such as commercial advertisements on buses, taxis, etc.
The office also allows booking of various programs and courses offered by “Karwa Academy”, which focuses on customized training according to the requirements of corporate, institutional and individual clients by providing flexible and advanced training solutions to ensure safety and professionalism.
Through this initiative, Mowasalat “Karwa” seeks to provide convenient and accessible services for all, and encourage the sharing of transportation to contribute to achieving a sustainable environment in the State of Qatar.
The company confirmed that the new office is the second for Karwa, and other headquarters are being prepared in vital locations to cover all areas of the country.
Regarding the official working hours during which the public is received, the company said that they are throughout the week and coincide with the opening and closing times of the mall.
