The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice during the period from December 29 to January 2 of this year amounted to 251 million and 252 thousand and 283 riyals, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period reached 10 million and 570 thousand riyals. .
The weekly bulletin issued by the Ministry’s Real Estate Registration Department stated that the list of properties traded for sale included vacant lands, residences, residential buildings, commercial stores, a residential complex, and residential units.
Sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al-Khor, Al-Thakhira, Al-Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al-Daayen, Al-Wakrah, and Al-Shamal, and in the areas of Pearl Island, Umm Abiriyah, Lusail69, Ghar Tha’ileb, and Luqtaifiyah.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice recorded more than 264 million riyals during the period from 22 to 26 last December.
