Chinese company Lenovo has unveiled a new tablet, the Tab Plus, with 8 speakers. According to the company, the Tab Plus is a bit chunky, measuring about 0.5 inches thick, given the 8-speaker audio system. The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, while memory options include 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The tablet is powered by an 8,600mAh battery, features 8MP front and rear cameras, and supports Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. The Tab Plus comes with Android 14, and the company promises at least two major OS updates and four years of security updates, with the last one scheduled for June 2028. In parallel, Lenovo is also offering optional accessories such as the Lenovo Tab Pen Plus, which features 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity, and a 68W USB-C wall charger.
