Qatar Airways announced the resumption of its direct flights from Doha to the city of Trabzon in Turkey, coinciding with the start of the summer season.
The relaunch of its flights comes to strengthen the Qatari carrier’s presence in Turkey, as well as to develop its global network of destinations, which includes more than 170 destinations. Trabzon is the seventh destination of the national carrier of the State of Qatar in Turkey, as Qatar Airways continues to operate its flights to Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Bodrum, Sabiha and Adana.
The city of Trabzon, located in northeastern Turkey, is famous for its rich history and culture, in addition to its beautiful coast overlooking the Black Sea. The city also boasts an array of stunning landscapes including Sumela Monastery, Lake Uzungol and the stunning Hagia Sophia. With the launch of flights to Trabzon, Qatar Airways passengers will have the opportunity to explore everything the wonderful city has to offer, including practicing sports activities, walking in its mountains, or enjoying family entertainment centers.
