QNB Group and Qatar Chamber signed a sponsorship contract for the Gulf Businesswomen Forum in its seventh edition, under which QNB participates as the strategic partner of the forum.
The partnership contract was signed at the Chamber’s headquarters by Mr. Ali Busherbak Al Mansouri, Acting Director General of Qatar Chamber, and Mr. Ismail Al Emadi, Executive Vice President of Small and Medium Enterprise Banking at QNB Group, in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Saleh bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Secretary General of the Federation of Gulf Chambers, and Mrs. Ibtihaj Al Ahmadani, Member of the Board of Directors of Qatar Chamber and Chairman of the Qatari Businesswomen Forum.
The Seventh Gulf Businesswomen Forum, which is organized by the Federation of Gulf Cooperation Council Chambers in cooperation with the Qatar Chamber and with the support of the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council, will be held under the slogan: “Entrepreneurship and Investment Sustainability,” during the period from 12 to 13 November 2025 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Musheireb – Doha.
The forum aims to promote entrepreneurship and the sustainability of investment by women business owners in the GCC countries, by highlighting mechanisms to support their participation in sustainable investment, and discussing ways to move from traditional patterns to more innovative methods that rely on digitalization, in light of the general trend of the GCC countries towards the knowledge economy.
On this occasion, Mr. Ali Busherbak Al-Mansouri, Acting Director General of Qatar Chamber, expressed his appreciation for QNB’s sponsorship and support of the forum, adding: “We value QNB Group’s sponsorship of the forum, which reflects the bank’s firm commitment to supporting Qatari and Gulf women, and enhancing their participation in leading economic transformation and representing the private sector in regional and international forums.”
He stressed that the partnership with QNB represents a qualitative addition to the success of the forum, and enhances its role as a leading Gulf platform for dialogue and communication between businesswomen, exchanging experiences, and reviewing investment opportunities and cooperation in future projects.
