In a distinguished ceremony in Doha, Retaj Hotels and Hospitality signed an agreement to manage and operate the “Retaj Inn Makkah Hotel” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The signing ceremony took place between Mr. Mohammed bin Bakhit Al Marri, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Retaj Group of Companies, and Mr. Theeb Al Shahrani, Director of Wadi Al Jaryan Hotel Company, in the presence of Mr. Medhat Al Noubi, CEO of Retaj Hotels and Hospitality, and Mr. Islam Yousry, Regional Director of Business Development at Retaj Hotels and Hospitality, a number of officials and representatives of the two companies, and a distinguished presence of media professionals to cover this prominent event, at the Retaj Al Rayyan Hotel in Dafna.

This step comes as part of Retaj Hotels and Hospitality’s strategy for regional and global expansion, as the company works to strengthen its presence in key markets, focusing on locations of great importance such as Mecca. Mr. Mohammed bin Bakhit Al Marri expressed his happiness at signing the agreement, saying: “We at Retaj Hotels and Hospitality are committed to providing a distinguished hospitality experience to visitors and pilgrims of the Holy House of God, and this agreement reflects our vision for sustainable growth and strengthening strategic relations with our partners in the region, as Makkah Al-Mukarramah occupies a special place in Muslims around the world, and we are keen to provide high-level hotel services that are in line with the aspirations of visitors and meet their needs.”
He added: “Retaj Hotels and Hospitality seeks to achieve its strategic goals by managing and operating 50 hotels around the world by 2030. The company also continues to focus on providing the highest standards of quality and innovation in its services, while taking into account the cultural traditions and values ​​that form the basis of its identity.”
For his part, Mr. Theeb Al-Shahrani, Director of Wadi Al-Jaryan Hotel Company, praised this partnership with Retaj Hotels and Hospitality. He said: “We are confident that cooperation with a brand that has long experience and a good reputation, such as Retaj Hotels and Hospitality, will contribute to enhancing the level of hotel services in Mecca.
