In a new achievement of the Qatar Football Association and the Square Hospital for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, the surgeon Dr. Khaled Abdel -Rahman Youssef Al -Khulaifi, a consultant of orthopedics and sports medicine and the director of the visiting surgeon program at Sbitar Hospital, representative of the Qatar Football Association for the prestigious medical excellence award from the AFC, during a ceremony for a honor held on the sidelines of the activities of the eighth medical conference of the AFC 2025, which is currently being held in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur. This annual award for medical competencies is awarded for the age of forty -five, in appreciation of their prominent achievements in the fields of scientific research, the development of medical services, and the promotion of vocational training programs in football. This award is one of the most prominent medals granted by the Asian Football Confederation, as it was launched for the first time in the Asian Conference in India in 2015, this international honor represents a high -level recognition of the march of Dr. Khaled Al -Khulaifi, full of giving and distinguished achievements in the field of sports medicine, and establishes the leadership of Qatar medical competencies on the continental and international scene.
