Qatar Islamic Bank (bank) announced the official working hours during the holy month of Ramadan, to ensure that banking services are available to its customers easily and smoothly throughout the holy month. In the context of his commitment to providing its services without interruption, the bank has amended the work of its branches, while continuing to provide services around the clock throughout the week through its digital platforms that won many awards and branches in the commercial complexes.
The bank’s branches will work in the commercial complexes, including Al -Gharafa (Qio Mall), Doha Festival City, Qatar Mall, Touar Mall, Vannum, City Center and Dar Al Salam from Saturday to Thursday in two periods: the morning period from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm, and the evening period from 8:30 pm until 11:30 pm. As for Fridays, these branches will open their doors exclusively from 8:30 pm until 11:30 pm.
As for the rest of the branches, such as the Branch of Hamad Al -Kabeer Street (Companies Branch), Al -Fanar branches, the old airport, Al Rayyan, Al -Sadd, Al -Tuzar Center in the Third Ring, Creek, Salwa, Sayedaid, Sanaa, Al -Shaniya, Al -Jazeera Media Network and Qatar Energy, it will work from Sunday to Thursday, from 09:00 am until 02:00 pm.
Customers from small and medium -sized companies and institutions will be able to complete their banking transactions through Hamad Grand Street branch at the same time; Services will also be provided through the Salwa and Rayyan Road branches during the same times for the transactions for checks and cash transactions only. As for the service centers located on the third ring road, Al -Fanar Center and the Wage Protection System Center (WPS), they will work from Sunday to Thursday, from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm. In addition, the third circular center and the wage protection system will open to deliver their doors in the evening from 08:30 pm until 11:30 pm. The bank also urged its customers to take advantage of its integrated digital banking services through the bank’s mobile application and the QIB Lite application for workers and banking services online, to easily implement transactions at any time and from anywhere. As for companies, they can take advantage of the bank’s application for companies and banking services via the Internet. Customers can also communicate with the center available around the clock throughout the week.
