His Excellency Sheikh Saud bin Abdul Rahman bin Hassan Al Thani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs, witnessed the conclusion of a brochure championship in its first edition, in Lusail Shooting Square. The final rounds lasted for a period of (3) days, as it witnessed a great competition between the participants, and on the closing day, the Shozen competition was held, and won first place Hamad Muhammad Al -Mannai from the salary of the Ministry of Defense 2020 Graduation 16, and in the second place Nasser Abdulaziz Al -Nasr from the Aspire Academy in the year of graduation 2020 batch 12, while the third place Saud Ali Al -Janahi came in the third place who visit Qatar graduation year 2018, batch 10, as happened Graduation year 2022 Batch 19 for the title (sniper), after winning the highest points in the total in the three weapons. At the end of the final rounds, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs distributed prizes to the winners. In the pistol competition 25 meters, Al -Rami Nasser Salem Al -Sunaid was crowned with the gold medal and a financial prize of 500 thousand riyals, and Al -Rami Mohammed Abdullah Al -Nama won the silver medal and a financial prize of 250 thousand riyals, and the Rami Abdullah Ibrahim Timur won the bronze medal and a prize of 100 thousand riyals.
In the gun competition 50 meters, Al -Rami Hamad Saad Al -Jassem (from the Qatari Airlines) crowned the gold medal and won a financial prize of 500 thousand riyals, and the Ramed Abdulaziz Thamer Al -Turki (from the Ministry of Defense) won the silver medal and a financial prize of 250 thousand riyals, and Al -Rami Badr Kifah Al -Youssef (from the Ministry of Finance) won the bronze medal and a financial prize of 100 thousand riyals.

During the closing day of the tournament, the winners of the three competitions were honored from the fourth place to the thirtieth place, in addition to honoring the parties participating in the organization: the National Service Academy, the Military Sports Federation, the Qatar Federation for Shooting, Arch, Arrow, and Al -Kass Channel.

The head of the organizing committee continued, saying: The first edition of the Muqdam championship witnessed a wide participation of national service graduates who belong to many work agencies such as the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Interior, Qatar Airways, Sidra for Medicine, Customs, etc., as it took place in a very wonderful atmosphere characterized by clubs, fair competition and high sporting spirit, which gave great artistic momentum to this important sporting event.

Al -Sulaiti explained that the establishment of the tournament for the first time in the presence of the dignitaries and the masses and media coverage in addition to the direct broadcast of competitions and the large number of participants, is a success in itself for the championship, and the measurement of its success will be through the follow -up of the results achieved from the participants who can represent the support of the shooting in the future, as the tournament achieved its goal in the near term and now they are looking for the long term by choosing the team’s archers.
