The Ministry of Labor announced the launch of the first phase of the “Aqoul” platform, an innovative digital initiative aimed at facilitating the recruitment process for private sector companies that seek to attract university graduates in Qatar.

The launch of the initiative comes in light of the Ministry of Labor’s directions towards digitization of employment services and enhancing the benefit of young competencies, in partnership with “Google Claude” and “Al -Mannai Infottte”, and within the framework of the ministry’s tendency towards employing the latest global technologies to enhance efficiency and reliability in implementing programs and initiatives.

The “minds” platform focuses on jobs that are outside the localization program, reflecting the Ministry’s keenness to provide qualitative job opportunities for qualified expatriates, as well as supporting the stability and development of the local labor market in a way that keeps pace with its renewed needs.

In line with Qatar’s commitment to providing more job opportunities for domestical talents, the “minds” platform provides an innovative and easy -to -use interface that links employers in the private sector and skilled graduates of expatriate workers, as the first stage focuses exclusively on institutions that appreciate the importance of integrating local skills in the labor market.

The “Mind” platform provides companies with the ability to download or create job descriptions in PDF format, which gives them flexibility in displaying job opportunities, and one of the most prominent features of the platform is a robot certified chat on artificial intelligence technologies, which helps companies formulate accurate functional descriptions on demand.

A artificial intelligence -based chat robot is an innovative tool aimed at simplifying the process of preparing functional descriptions. Where it uses advanced natural language processing techniques to interact with users in a dialogue way, where the robot asks a series of questions to collect basic details about the job, proposing improved linguistic formulas, comprehensive phrases and major performance indicators, to ensure that the description is attractive and effective.

The immediate notes of the robot contribute to ensuring that job ads are compatible with human resources standards and clearly reflects the identity of the company, and this feature helps companies save time and enhance the attractiveness of their job ads, which contributes to attracting the best competencies and improving the recruitment process to become more effective and comprehensive.

On this occasion, Mr. Hamad Dalmouk, Assistant Undersecretary for Expatriate Affairs at the Ministry of Labor, stressed that the launch of the “Minds” platform represents a milestone in efforts to link university graduates in Qatar with purposeful job opportunities in the private sector, indicating that it is a vital step to enhance the enrollment of competent workforce and support talent.

He explained that the “minds” platform has a major role in bridging the gap between the academic and professional circles, which contributes to the growth and prosperity of the national economy and support the State of Qatar’s sustainable endeavor to invest in the future of the workforce.

Companies can access the “minds” platform through the national documentation system “Documentation”, using the Commissioner Card by Signing or the Public Relations Officer Card (Pro), as this system provides safe and compatible access to legal and organizational standards, which facilitates the recruitment process.

After the initial access, institutions can delegate human resource administrators to use the platform, allowing more effective management and cooperation for employment efforts.

It is scheduled to announce the launch of the second phase of the “minds” platform, which will allow university graduates to register and create files on the platform, and the ability to access the “minds” platform will be limited exclusively to university graduates in Qatar, which has linked with the platform.
