Sometimes Israel allows very few assistance to enter the famine, especially with most trucks being robbed of gangs that the Gaza government says that Israel protects it.

Karim Muammar (3 years old) did not exceed 7 kilograms, and breathed with difficulty behind an oxygen tube, after it was exhausted by hunger and disease as a result of the Israeli siege.
Karim suffers from Vanconi’s genetic syndrome, but the Israeli siege, lack of treatment and nutritional supplements are tightening his fragility, so that his body becomes a living witness to the crime of starvation.
This syndrome is a rare kidney condition, as nearby renal pipes fail to re -absorb basic materials, such as glucose, phosphate, amino acids and bicarbonate, which leads to their secretion in the urine.
Symptoms include: frequent urination, extreme thirst, bone pain and muscle weakness.
