Qatar Airways hosted its annual investor conference 2025 in Doha, with the participation of a group of major international financial institutions, to see the record profits achieved by the group and its ambitious strategy in the transformation process.
Qatar Airways reviewed its strategy during the coming years in the presence of the most prominent international financing companies in the field of aviation, including rental companies, banking services and insurance, to obtain a comprehensive overview of the financial performance of the Qatar Airways Group, the expansion of its fleet, network and destination, its competitive distinction, its relentless efforts in the field of sustainability, and its plans to activate the role of its employees, in addition to seeing it for the fiscal year 2024/2025 and beyond.
The Qatar Airways strategy is based on four main pillars: technology development through fleet updating, enhancing operations, using sustainable flight fuel and low carbon flying fuel, and participating in the carbon compensation plan and reduced it in the International Aviation Sector (CORSIA).
Qatar Airways achieved financial performance during the year 2025/2024 which is the strongest in its history and in all its sections, including the Qatari Air Cargo and the Qatari Aircraft Supply Company and the Qatari free market, where net profits amounted to 7.85 billion riyals (2.15 billion US dollars), achieving an increase of 1.7 billion riyals (0.5 billion US dollars) compared to last year.
The Qatari Air Cargo, the world leader in the air freight sector, also provided impressive financial performance, as it recorded an increase in revenues of 17 percent, achieving profits that are the best since the Kofid-19 pandemic. This is due to the company’s flexibility in adapting to the changing shipping market conditions, focusing on investing in the areas of digitization, and deep -based data and reliability analyzes that are the best in its class.
