The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has announced the approval of the Qatar Financial Center officially, as a licensed work space, within the framework of the strategic partnership, and in the context of their joint efforts to support the growth of startups and enhance their integration into the entrepreneurial system in Qatar.
The Ministry of Communications stated through its official account in «X» that this license provides an approved work environment that enables startups to obtain a permanent commercial address in Qatar. It is a speeding program that transcends a unique program for innovation in Qatar, as the speed is working to help startups locally and internationally to form strategic partnerships with private and public sector institutions that would achieve Qatar’s smart vision.
The program also increases the added value provided to startups and the program partners from the private and public sectors to increase the competitiveness in Qatar and put it on the map as a global center to support startups.
The “speed of Tasim” is devoted to building an integrated digital system in Qatar by accelerating the growth of local and international startups with high growth capabilities, which contributes to promoting the digital economy in Qatar and puts the state at the forefront of the world leading countries in the field of technology.
The accelerator also works to improve business models, provide strategic support, and facilitate growth by attracting innovative companies and creating a work environment that provides access to the market’s expansion, as these efforts contribute to enhancing innovation, and strengthens the entrepreneurial system in Qatar, enabling emerging companies to expand quickly and reach new markets.
