The Ministry of Communications organized the “Change Administration” session, which aims to harmonize the leaders with the developments of the next stage within the preparation for the launch of its new strategy (2025 – 2030), and the follow -up to the follow -up initiatives and strategic projects emanating from it, in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Ibrahim Al -Maadid, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Communications, along with the ministry officials and directors of departments, for the purpose of involving the ministry leaders in this important stage that which is important Promoting their readiness requires, clarifying the methodology and mechanism of work during the strategy implementation phase, in addition to highlighting the role of leadership and the team in supporting the implementation of the Ministry of Transport strategy.
The session witnessed fruitful and constructive discussions that dealt with a number of topics related to the application of the new strategy, reflecting the spirit of responsibility and keenness to contribute the active to support the march of excellence in government work.
This session, which was organized in coordination by the Department of Planning, Quality and Innovation, comes within a participatory approach adopted by the Ministry of Communications to enhance its values in working in the spirit of one team, and based on its keenness to consolidate the principles of effective institutional communication.
