Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar has received international accreditation for its excellence in promoting person-centered care, as 4 of its facilities and services were honored during the Planetree Global Person-Centered Care Forum, which was held in Baltimore, USA, on October 15, 2025.
During the event, the Communicable Diseases Center, the Women’s Health and Research Center, the Enaya Center for Specialized Care, and the Private Nursing Services officially received the Planetree Gold Certificate for the recent achievements of these facilities and services. The Center for Communicable Diseases has obtained a gold certificate with honors, which is the highest level awarded by Planetary International, according to a statement issued by the organization that reached Al Jazeera Seha on Monday.
These achievements reflect Hamad Medical Corporation’s commitment to compassionate care based on cooperation and patient and family participation as a basis for providing health care. These certificates also demonstrate the organization’s keenness to continue to align with international best practices to ensure a comprehensive and distinguished health care experience from a clinical and human perspective.
