At the beginning of today’s trading, the Qatar Stock Exchange index achieved gains of 0.16 percent, adding 17.36 points to its balance, rising to the level of 10,732 points compared to the close of the last session, with support from four sectors.
Qatar Stock Exchange figures showed a positive performance for the banking and financial services sector by 0.49 percent, the real estate sector by 0.24 percent, the consumer goods and services sector by 0.23 percent, and the transportation sector by 0.20 percent. In contrast, the performance was negative for the industrial sector by 0.06 percent, the insurance sector by 0.25 percent, and the communications sector by 1.42 percent.
At 10:00 am, the Qatar Stock Exchange recorded trades worth 117.587 million riyals, distributed among 49.778 million shares, with 6,124 transactions executed.
