Qatar Airways announced a special offer for Privilege Club members traveling from Doha, allowing them to earn double Qpoints for a limited time, as part of the carrier’s efforts to enhance the benefits offered to members of the loyalty program and improve the travel experience.
The offer gives members the opportunity to benefit from additional points that help them maintain their current membership category or restore their previous membership category, as reservations can be made until October 10 for travel until December 18, 2026, according to the terms and conditions.
Qatar Airways also provides an exceptional opportunity for Privilege Club members to renew their membership or upgrade it to a higher category with a smaller number of Qpoints when traveling by December 18, giving travelers more benefits and rewards associated with their membership.
The offer comes at a time when Qatar Airways continues to develop the passenger experience, especially in the field of digital communication on board aircraft, as the national carrier announced last August that the number of its wide-body aircraft equipped with high-speed Internet service from “Starlink” had increased to 150 aircraft, becoming the first airline in the world to operate a Boeing 787-9 aircraft equipped with the service, with plans to complete equipping the Boeing 787 fleet by the end of this year.
Starlink provides travelers with a fast Internet connection during the flight, while the number of people benefiting from the service since its launch has exceeded 25 million passengers on more than 96,000 flights.
Qatar Airways recently strengthened its global position by winning four awards at the Skytrax World Awards 2026, including “Best Business Class in the World,” “Best Airline in the Middle East,” “Best Business Class Passenger Lounge,” in addition to “Best Wireless Internet Connection on Board,” with the carrier maintaining its five-star rating.
These achievements reflect Qatar Airways’ strategy, which combines expanding the benefits of loyalty programs and investing in modern technologies, thus enhancing the passenger experience on the ground and in the air.
