The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice during the period from November 17 to 21 amounted to 362 million and 989 thousand and 614 riyals, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period amounted to 28 million and 540 thousand and 462 riyals.
The weekly bulletin issued by the administration stated that the list of properties being traded for sale included vacant lands, residences, residential buildings, commercial stores, and residential units.
The sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al-Rayyan, Al-Daayen, Umm Salal, Al-Khor, Al-Thakhira, Al-Wakrah and Al-Shamal, and in the areas of the Pearl Island, Lusail 69 and Al-Qatifiyah.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice recorded more than 402 million riyals during the period from 10 to 14 November.
