A Qatari-Saudi meeting to enhance commercial and logistical cooperation

The State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia held a meeting via video communication technology, on cooperation in the fields of trade and logistics, headed by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Sayed, Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and from the Saudi side, His Excellency Dr. Rumaih bin Mohammed Al-Rumaih, Deputy Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Abdul-Jabbar, Governor of the General Authority for Foreign Trade, and His Excellency Mr. Musa bin Ahmed Al-Barqi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services.

The meeting, which was held in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Jamal, Chairman of the General Authority of Customs, His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Ibrahim Al-Maadeed, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transportation, and a number of officials from both countries, discussed ways to enhance the flow of trade movement, facilitate customs procedures, and raise the efficiency of logistical services, in addition to increasing the volume of trade exchange, in a way that reflects the level of brotherly relations and serves the common goals between the two brotherly countries.
